Q. WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

 

I’m based out of Manitoulin Island and happy to travel wherever the job lets me. Contact me directly for more info on travel fees. 

 

Q. HOW DOES THE RETAINER WORK?

 

I require a $100.00 CAD non-refundable deposit to secure your session date.

The purpose of the retainer is to reserve your date, as I only book 1 session per day to ensure complete dedication to each shoot.

Once I receive the deposit, I do not accept new clients for your date. 

 

Q. WHAYT IS YOUR REFUNS POLICY? 

 

All retainer payments for dates booked are non-refundable.

In the event of a medical emergency or weather-related hurdle, the retainer can be used towards a rescheduled session.

 

Q. DO YOU GIVE OUT RAW/UNEDITED FILES?

 

No. All images will be processed and edited as a high-res jpeg. 

 

Q. HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? 

 

Sessions will be delivered through an online gallery. The current turnaround time for sessions is 2 weeks. 

 

Q. DO YOU PICK LOCATIONS OR DO WE? 

 

If you have a location in mind or a spot that has meaning behind it - let’s do it! If not, I’ve got you covered. 

 

Q. WHAT IF IT RAINS FOR OUR SESSION?

 

When booking we can pick out a rain date, take shelter in a studio or embrace the rain. 

 

Q. CAN I SHARE THE PHOTOS FROM MY SESSION TO SOCIAL MEADIA?

 

Of course! My clients have all the print and sharing rights to their images.

I do ask that if you choose to share images from our session, that you kindly credit me by providing a direct link or tag to my Facebook page, Instagram account or website.
